Heavy duty Quick-Lock bracket allows for easy height adjustment. Drinking valve tip should be at animal's shoulder height. To fill bottle, flip up hinged top and fill with pitcher or water hose if bottle is outside. Install bottle in the Quick-Lock bracket on the cage before filling with water. Patented Quick-Lock bracket can be installed on vertical and horizontal wires. This product works on gravity feed valve action. No wires to misplace - once the bracket is assembled it stays on the cage. Valve is stainless steel and "dura-tech" plastic. Make sure the gasket inside the bottle cap is in place. Bottle should be filled daily.
